Account Information (All Apps)
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information from your Google account if you choose to sign in with Google.
Cleaning Calendar
- Property Information: Property names, addresses (optional), and Airbnb calendar URLs
- Cleaner Information: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses for cleaners you add
- Calendar Data: Booking information synced from Airbnb including check-in/out dates and guest names
- SMS Data: Phone numbers and message delivery status for schedule notifications
Listing Analyzer
- Listing URLs: Airbnb listing URLs you submit for analysis
- Listing Data: Publicly available information from analyzed listings (titles, descriptions, photos, amenities, reviews, pricing)
- Competitor Data: Public listing data for competitor analysis you request
- Analysis Results: AI-generated scores, insights, and recommendations
Financial Analytics
- Uploaded Files: CSV and PDF files you upload containing financial data
- Financial Data: Revenue, expenses, payouts, and transaction details from your uploads
- Generated Reports: Tax summaries, analytics dashboards, and exported reports
Learn (Knowledge Hub)
- Chat Messages: Questions you ask our AI assistant
- Usage Data: Anonymous rate limiting data (IP-based) for free chat access
- Browsing Activity: Pages viewed for analytics and improvement

3. SMS Communications
We provide SMS notifications for professional cleaners who opt-in to receive work schedules. Cleaners can expect 2-5 messages per week containing:
- Daily cleaning assignments
- Schedule changes and updates
- Verification codes for portal access
- Work reminders

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your data only in these circumstances:
- With cleaners: Schedule information is shared with assigned cleaners (Cleaning Calendar)
- Service providers: We use trusted third parties including:
- Twilio for SMS delivery
- SendGrid for email delivery
- Google AI for listing analysis and insights
- Stripe for payment processing
- Vercel for hosting and analytics
- Cross-app integration: Your data may be linked across GoStudioM apps using your Airbnb listing ID to provide unified insights
