By accessing and using GoStudioM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

GoStudioM is a platform of integrated tools for short-term rental hosts. Our services include:

Cleaning Calendar

  • Calendar synchronization with Airbnb
  • Cleaner assignment and management
  • Schedule notifications via SMS
  • Booking change detection and alerts

Listing Analyzer

  • AI-powered listing analysis and scoring
  • Optimization recommendations
  • Competitor comparison tools
  • Free hosting tools (title generator, review responder, etc.)

Financial Analytics

  • CSV and PDF financial data import
  • Revenue dashboards and reporting
  • Tax-ready summaries and exports
  • AI-powered financial insights

Learn (Knowledge Hub)

  • Curated video content from STR experts
  • Industry news and articles
  • AI-powered chat assistant for hosting questions
  • Topic-based content organization

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans

Free Tier

All new users start with a free tier that includes 1 property with limited features. Upgrade anytime to Starter ($19/mo) or Pro ($39/mo) for more properties and full features.

Paid Plans

Starter plan includes up to 10 properties with SMS notifications and auto-sync. Pro plan includes up to 25 properties with unlimited usage across all GoStudioM apps.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

5. SMS Services

GoStudioM provides SMS notifications to professional cleaners who opt-in. By using SMS services:

  • You confirm cleaners have consented to receive work-related SMS
  • You understand message frequency is typically 2-5 messages per week
  • Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
  • Recipients can opt-out by texting STOP at any time
  • You will not use SMS for marketing or non-work communications

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription limits
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Collect data from other users

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GoStudioM, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoStudioM are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Listing Analyzer and Financial Analytics use AI to generate recommendations and insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any recommendations before acting on them.

Financial Information

Financial Analytics provides tools to organize and visualize your financial data. Tax summaries and reports are not tax advice. We are not tax professionals. Always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax-related decisions.

Third-Party Data

Listing Analyzer accesses publicly available Airbnb listing data for analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Competitor analysis reflects publicly visible information at the time of analysis.

Learn Knowledge Hub

Learn provides curated video content and news from third-party sources for educational purposes. AI chat responses are generated based on this curated content and may contain errors or outdated information. Always verify advice with qualified professionals, especially for legal, tax, or regulatory matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

GoStudioM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated recommendations, financial reports, or listing analyses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
